Here's a vintage Aurora 1/25th scale
Jaguar XKE convertible. Older kits often require a bit
of sanding to help parts fit together as when the molds
were brand new. Removing excess flash and resurfacing
required all 6 stepSander sanding surfaces!

In 2010, the stepSander brand of hobby tools became the first subsidiary of David Lee Design. My love of model kit building, sharing tips and techniques evolved into designing and manufacturing my own line of products. The stepSander brand of products are designed and manufactured in a "micro factory" environment, fostering fun, design exploration, user communities, and direct feedback from retail and online consumers to develop relevant content in our products.
